The UIMP’s announcement that it is going to grant scholarships is addressed fundamentally to university students and, in some specific cases, to people who, for professional reasons, are related to the subject of the academic activity for which they have applied. The objective of these Grants is to facilitate, promote and encourage the participation in the courses given at the UIMP of people who present a brilliant academic record.
Grant for registration fee: This grant only includes the gratuity of the Registration fee.
1ÂŞ) To participate in the chosen seminar or course, applicants will have to fulfil the academic requirements that are in agreement with the subject and objectives of the respective program.
2ª) The applications for the Grant must be made on the form available either at the UIMP’s Students’ Secretariat or at any of its Centres or on the one that you will find at the foot of this page. The form must be filled in and be accompanied by the following documents:
- Personal academic certification or an attested photocopy of the same. Students with a Doctor degree or who are currently taking their third cycle studies must produce a document proving this circumstance.
- Photocopy of Identity Card.
- Two passport-size photos.
Only one application per person is permitted. Should more than one application per person be received for different courses or at the various UIMP headquarters for the current year the UIMP’s Selection Board will only take into consideration the seminar or course that is going to take place first.
No student can have access to more than one UIMP’s grant per year. This criterion applies to all the UIMP’s headquarters.
Should a scholarship be rejected, the applicant can apply for another grant running that same year. The granting of one scholarship invalidates any other application for that year.
The Applications must be handed in at the UIMP’s Students’ Secretariat in Cuenca or at  any other UIMP’s headquarter, in accordance with Art.38.4 of the Legal System for Public Administrations and Common Administrative Proceedings.
The period open for the reception of the Grant-Applications will be the one established in the specific program of each course.
The decisions adopted by the UIMP’s Grant Selection Board will be notified to each and all applicants.
