Requirements and documents

To participate in the chosen seminar or course, applicants will have to fulfil the academic requirements that are in accordance with the subject and objectives of the respective program.

The application for the Grant must be made on the form available either at the UIMP’s Students’ Secretariat of any centre or at the internet address www.uimp.es

The form must be completed and sent to the UIMP’s Students’ Secretariat accompanied by the following documents:

  • Personal academic certification or an attested photocopy of the same. Students with a Doctor degree or who are currently taking their third cycle studies must produce a document proving this circumstance.

No student can have access to more than one UIMP’s grant or help. This criterion applies to all the UIMP’s headquarters.

Should a scholarship be rejected, the applicant can apply for another grant running that same year. The granting of one scholarship invalidates any other application for that year.

The Secretariat of the UIMP’s courses for foreigners will revise the applications for a grant and, should the documents presented not be complete, give the applicant a delay of 10 days to rectify the error. If the error is not rectified within this delay the application will be shelved.
