The UIMP’s Grant for the Pyrenees summer courses have the objective to facilitate and promote the participation in the courses of people with limited economic resources and students with the highest academic records.

Full Grant: Includes lodging, full board and free registration.

Registration grant: Includes only the right to free registration

Documents needed for grant’s application

• Properly completed Grant’s application
• Photocopy of Identity card or passport
• Personal academic certification or attested photocopy of the same.
• Two passport-size photos
• An optional short curriculum vitae adjusted to the points of reference (page. 1, section F) stated in the grant’s form.

The UIMP permits only one Grant application per person. Students may not apply for more than one course or at more than one headquarters.

Registration period: For the July courses up to June 21st and for the September courses up to July 15th.

Resolution and notification

The decisions adopted by the UIMP’s Grant Selection Board will be notified by writing to each and all applicants. In the event of Grant’s rejection, if the student, in his application has manifested his interest in applying for registration, the UIMP guarantees, as far as this is possible, that it will reserve a place for him/her in the chosen course, provided the student confirms the reservation by calling the UIMP in Zaragoza or by writing.
