In order to register at the UIMP course it is necessary to be a diploma or graduate university student. People whose curriculum and professional interests are closely related to the subject of the course or seminar can, in specific cases, also register. All the courses have a limited number of places (depending on their characteristics and objectives) which will be covered by strict order of registration at the students鈥 secretariat.
The completed form must be accompanied by the following documents.
Applications done on non official forms or which are not accompanied by the required documents will be rejected.
The opening date is April 26th 2010, (limited places). The registration can be formalised at the UIMP Students鈥 Secretariat鈥檚 office (Santander or Madrid) or by sending the required documents by mail after the registration fee has been paid, in accordance with Art. 38.4 of the Law of Public Administration and Common Administrative Proceedings. Registration can also be made on-line through the UIMP web-page.
These will depend on the tariff of each course:

All the courses have a limited number of places available (depending on the characteristics and objectives of each one of them) which will be covered by strict order of reception of the registration form at the students鈥 secretariat.
Registered students can get a Diploma certifying their participation to the corresponding academic activity provided class attendance has been regular, or has made up at least 85% of the course, all of which must have bee checked and verified.聽 The Diploma will state this detail, which will vary according to the duration of the course.
Students who wish to have the credits of the courses for which they have applied to be recognised by their own universities will have to get in touch with the Student's Secretariat before the beginning of the course which will inform them on the existence of agreements and the procedure they should follow.
The reimbursement of the registration fee will follow the criteria below:
1.The UIMP will return the documents to the senders and 100% of the fee once all available places have been covered. Also to those students who do not satisfy the requirements and to those who have to cancel their application for causes beyond their control. This will depend on the norms established by the University.
2.Reimbursement applications made 14 natural days at least before the beginning of the course, will receive back 100% of the registration fee.
3.The UIMP reserves the right to accept or not accept reimbursing the fee in cases where the cancellation has been notified less than 14 days before the beginning of the course. In these cases, and if the cancellation is justified the UIMP Secretariat will take into account the date of reception. So that:
- If the application was received 13 to 5 natural days before the beginning of the course the student will get back 60% of the registration fee.
- Reimbursement applications received 4 natural days before the beginning of the course or when this has already started will not be taken into account.
Students eligible for reimbursement must hand in or send a written application to the UIMP鈥檚 Students鈥 Secretariat.
