The course is a part of the wide offer of doctoral and postdoctoral formation in Europe and is designed to complement other lines of formation that are available during the academic year. Topics are chosen with a view to future development. Emphasis is given to the perceived interests of Spanish research groups but the organization aims at a really international audience (“there is no room for exclusively national science in the new century”). The course proposed for next year follows carefully the format that has been successful the last three editions (2010,11,12) and offers lecturers that cover new subjects at the front line of mathematical research.
